Joaquín Segovia, Public Administrations Chief for Andalucía, Extremadura, Ceuta and Melilla at Telefónica. He's led the digital transformation of the main customers in the public sector in the south of Spain.
Rafael Selma, co-founder and co-president at Grupo Sdos. He's specialized in software and mobile apps software, both for big companies (Inditex, Vodafone, Prisa, Restalia, Día,...) and public administrations (Community of Madrid, Junta de Andalucía, Barcelona Town Hall, Seville Town Hall,...). Within the obtained awards, it's important to name the Accessible Madrid Award for his app developed for "Federación de Asociaciones de Personas con Discapacidad Física y Orgánica".
Pablo Rodríguez Pappalardo, Manager of Products and Services at Berger-Levrault Spain. It's the referent company in the management software and electronic management for the Local Administration, so 3,8000 city halls and 25 diputations use its solutions for the technological modernization of their services. The French multinational Berger-Levrault incorporated Aytos, the company created in Écija which has achieved that leadership in Spain in which Pablo Rodríguez got incorporated in 1996.
Antonio Galán Vázquez, Director of Smart Solutions at Ayesa. He has led important projects of IT in Ecuador such as the implementation of the economic and financial system of the Municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito and the Consultancy of Simplification of Proffess of the National Secretary of Public Administration. In Spain, he leads the application of the latest technologies to strategical sectors such as water, electricity and mobility.

Entre otras funciones, coordina la Estrategia de Calidad y Seguridad en aplicaciones móviles de salud de la Junta de Andalucía.
Loreto del Valle Cebada, Jefa de Servicio de Formación e Innovación Tecnológica de la Junta de Andalucía. Ingeniera de telecomunicaciones, su principal cometido dentro de la D.G. Telecomunicaciones y Sociedad de la Información es garantizar el buen desarrollo de la Estrategia TIC2020 para el impulso de las empresas TIC en Andalucía, así como el de los programas de fomento de la innovación y modernización de las pymes andaluzas a través del uso de las nuevas tecnologías.
Jesús Pérez Pérez, Key Account Manager para Instituciones de Vodafone España. Durante sus más de 22 años de trayectoria profesional en Vodafone España, ha asumido diversas responsabilidades directivas: manager de Grandes Cuentas en Andalucía Occidental, manager Desarrollo de Negocio Andalucía Occidental, manager Administraciones Públicas en Andalucía y Extremadura. It's been the first Spanish company certified as Bcorp. One of the main goals is to contribute setting the rural population, avoiding the forced emigration and giving an example living in Arroyomolinos de León (Huelva), municipality with a thousand inhabitants.
Juan Carlos Vega Chacón, officer of the Supply and Services Section at Dcoop, cooperative that is the major producer of olive oil internationally speaking. Awarded with the Europan Award of Cooperative Innovation in ICT-digitalization. It takes part of the IoF2020 project (Internet of Food) in the Horizonte2020 of the European Union. Dcoop integrates 150 cooperatives with the head office in Antequera (Malaga).
José Luis Molina, executive president at Hispatec Group, Spanish technological company, born in Almeria, leader in solutions on ICT management for the Agri industry with more than 400 customers. It has a presence in whole Spain, Mexico, Chile, Peru, and Morocco. Agricultural engineer (UPM) with an economic and management education in business schools. He has a long career in the ICT technological and innovation environment industries. Additionally, he leads the Smart Agri group of Ametic and is a counselor of the MBIT School, specialized in Big Data and Advanced Analytics.
Helena Gómez McPherson, vice-director of the Sostenible Agricultural Institute (CSIC), with the head office in Cordoba, she has coordinated the expert group of European experts EIP-AGRI to define the strategies and solutions in the agricultural irrigation, joining farmers, scientists and entrepreneurs. She is a scientist with a long international career in the study of the impact in the management of irrigation of the areas of gas emission of greenhouse effect and in the sustainable intensification of the production of local crops watered to increase the food security in risk zones.

Francisco J. Martín, Founder and CEO at Big ML. which he co-founded in 2011 in Oregon (USA), where he's lived since 2003. BigML has developed the first and most advanced platform of Machine Learning of the market. He was the founder and delegate counsellor from 2004 to 2010. Strands was the pioneer in Systems of Recommendation based on behaviours, it's the leader in software for the finantial personalised management with more than 500 banks as customers.
Furthermore, he was the founder and delegate counselor at iSOCO-Intelligent Software Components, between 1999 and 2002. iSOCO was the first 'spin-off' from the Superior Council of Scientific Investigations.
He was born in Las Navas de la Concepción in 1970, a small municipality in the North mountains in the provice of Seville.
He's the inventor of 20 patents in Recommendation Systems and Machine Learning, lots of them bought by Apple in 2011.
